Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after processing. Because our products ship from multiple partner warehouses, items in a single order may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us at 4hlsupport@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
