Heavy-duty loop resistance bands from Bear KompleX, built for pull-up assistance, mobility work, stretching and full-body strength training at home or in the gym.
Pick your level:
Band #1 Red: 10–35 lbs (1/2")
Band #2 Black: 30–60 lbs (7/8")
Band #3 Purple: 40–80 lbs (1-1/4")
Band #4 Green: 50–120 lbs (1-3/4")
Band #5 Blue: 60–150 lbs (2-1/2")
Start light for stretching and warm-ups, then stack bands as you get stronger. They're light enough to toss in your gym bag.
